Abstract

The article focuses on clarifying the general issues of economicconcentration control over transactions carried out outside the territory of the EuropeanUnion with reference to EU legal provisions governing this issue. Based on implicationsdrawn from the EU, it makes proposals to improve the Vietnamese law in this field.
