Abstract

This article examines the shortcomings in the current regulations on finesin the Criminal Code of Vietnam, as well as limitations in their interpretation andimplementation. Thereby, it suggests measures to enhance the effectiveness of fineregulations in the Vietnamese Criminal Code.
