Abstract

The 2019 Labor Code and its implementing regulations include multipleprovisions on preventing and combating sexual harassment in the workplace.Nevertheless, due to the complexity of this issue and the challenges in identifying andaddressing such behavior, various shortcomings inevitably arise in practice. Within thescope of this article, the author highlights these shortcomings and makes proposals forimproving the relevant legal framework.
