Abstract

Political responsibility is the most important and primary form ofaccountability of the Government’s Prime Minister. This article examines and assessesthe theoretical framework, legal provisions, and their practical implementation. Basedon this analysis, the article makes proposals to improve the legal framework andenhance the accountability of the Prime Minister in Vietnam today.
